Snapshot photography is mainly about looking through the viewfnder, whether you are out in the street, looking out of a window in a fat, or even through a car or bus window. It would actually be surprising if Bohdan Holomíček, who is renowned for his productivity, did not take photos of cars and from cars. Over time, the main role in many of his shots has been played by several cars in the following sequence: an Adler Trumpf, a DKW 600, a Citroën 7, a Wartburg 1000, a Hansa-Lloyd, a Barkas 900, two different Škoda 120s, and a Volkswagen Transporter.
