While a number of artists attempt to come to terms with the legacy of modern art using something as uncertain as reason, Tereza Kabůrková has her quiet and private conversation with tradition via her senses. It isn’t for naught that many artists have paid attention to a simple process, a long and concentrated insight investigating basic relationships between light and mass so that they could work their way up to a level of portraying a situation firmly fixed in time and, parallel to that, also a bit outside of time.
