The installation Bruises on my Knees (2023) is a work involving hand embroidery, objects, text, and photography. The work is about the experiences of a young queer man searching for his own place in society, coming face to face with his own trauma, mental health, and familial and intimate relationships, and through this reflection stimulating a space for self-healing and rediscovering one’s own self-worth.
