Orders sent in written or electronic form are binding. They will be accepted based on dispatch of an e-mail, confirming the order, to be sent to the address listed in the order form. You commit yourself to ordering the magazine(s) in the event that your order is accepted. This means binding payment of purchase price, including shipping costs based on our price list, and delivery of the order. At the same time, in placing an order, you declare that the personal data submitted have been filled in of you own free will and are factually correct – you also are liable for any damages caused as a result of submission of false data or personal information.
You will receive confirmation of your order on the e-mail address listed in your order form. We process all orders within a maximum of five working days after their receipt.
/terms of delivery/
Delivery is managed primarily through Česká pošta (Czech Postal Services – a state-owned company) and this mainly for the reason that the goods can be held in the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery. You must add the cost of postage and packaging charges based on our list prices, when calculating the total cost of goods. Upon delivery of the magazine you will also receive (only on your demand) an invoice (i.e. a valid tax document).
Complaints concerning goods are governed by valid laws in the Czech Republic. We will handle all complaints according to our actual capacity and without unnecessary delay. In the event of a complaint, please send us your magazine along with the invoice (or a copy) and a description of the problem. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your complaint. Complaints should be sent to the following address: Fotograf Magazine, Školská 28/693, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic
/return of goods/
Return of magazines is possible in accordance with §52 of the Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Czech Civil Code (Občanský zákoník). The buyer, who has concluded a contract using a long-distance communication method, has the right to step down from the contract within 14 days of entering the agreement and without giving reason. At this moment the buyer is then entitled to return of the amount paid for the goods (this does not include costs for delivery of the goods). Buyers must however fulfil the following conditions:
- the returned magazine cannot be damaged, used or defaced in any way
- magazines will be returned either in person or by post at the buyer’s own expense: Fotograf Magazine, Školská 28/693, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic
