Meiro Koizumi
Theatre of Life
When invited to participate in the 14th Gwangju Biennale in South Korea, Meiro Koizumi drew inspiration from the fate of the Koryo-Saram, Koreans living in the territory of the Soviet Union, from where they were deported by Stalin and thus deprived of their cultural identity.
