Survey
In the last decade, the international and the Czech art scene have experienced an enormous boom in photography and the media directly associated with it, video and digital technologies. Contemporary art shows are more and more frequently filled with photographs, usually of a large format. Many artists in other fields have set aside the classical tools of art and have taken up the camera or the video camera. In your opinion, what is the cause of this interest and what limits does it have, if any? What might replace photography in this position?
