Cooking Sections – CLIMAVORE
Food As a Tool for Artistic Research
The CLIMAVORE project, started in 2015 by artists Daniel Fernández Pascual and Alon Schwabe under the name Cooking Sections, focuses on the environmental, financial and social context of food production, distribution and consumption. Through local projects, education, videos and installations, the artists propose how people can eat in a way that does not contribute to climate change.
