Henk Wildschut
Cool Food Photography
Henk Wildschut is a Dutch documentary photographer from the old school, one who believes in the power of photography and its capacity to objectively mediate information on the most important problems currently weighing on the world. Newly at the center of the photographer’s attention is the sector of ambitious projects in the food processing industry that must, when developing new solutions, consider not only ethics but also economics and, most importantly, existing regulations.
