The Remains of Hope in Space

Most people in Western society find it certainly more plausible to believe in the existence of an identifiable universe than to accept the idea there might be something beyond our understanding, something we cannot apply any methodical system of research to. We want to have clear, measurable, intellectually comprehensible data in all areas.

Space research keeps bringing us new interesting information, confirming our belief that our human civilization is omnipotent. PR agencies, the sanctuaries of space research, use the findings to formulate the Truth Almighty. They even add some images to help common people understand the message spread cheerfully by the media apostles – although the news from outer space and Hollywood productions seem to have suspiciously similar visuals.
